Alienware announces X51 small form factor PC games, ranging from $ 699

Alienware may just upgrade its Aurora gaming rig, but it was not to keep the company from giving a smaller form factor you some. Just tonight, a subsidiary of Dell announced X51, a sleek gaming PC that is designed to direct himself either vertically or horizontally on the desktop - complete with the correct Alienware logo rotates depending on the position. This system includes both Core i3 and i5 options, and features a slot-loading optical drive with the option for Blu-ray. While it is not surprising, X51 can be upgraded with 8GB RAM and 1TB of storage is full. Furthermore, to accommodate cases, a single full-size graphics cards and features an external power supply, (available in 240W or 330W versions, depending on configuration). Users can also expect HDMI 1.4, on-board WiFi, USB 3.0 and digital surround sound 7.1. As a nifty trick, accent color computer can be easily modified with the Alienware Command Center software. Touting immediate availability, customers can place orders for the X51 soon, with configurations ranging from as low as $ 699. Das Keyboard Model S : The Keyboard for Mac

We recently saw a new mechanical keyboard designed for Mac at CES last week (Matias' Tactile One), and we now have another choice words for those who take seriously their typing. Das Keyboard confirmed today that the Mac version of the keyboard is a Professional Model S will be available on April 15, and that you can pre-order now for $ 113 (15% discount from list price). Oregon Scientific Portable WiFi projector is Equipped with a Hinge, Flirting with Your Ceiling

A projector from Oregon Scientific, you say? No, it's not one projector clock and weather, but a DLP pico projector actually is. At CES 2012, the company is good enough to show us an early prototype of its WiFi Portable Projector that will handle FWVGA (854 x 480) in contrast to 1,000:1 and 80 both lumens of brightness (50 if supported by USB only). Apparently at 3.2 meters from the wall, the combination should produce a 120-inch picture of a clear area in total darkness, so we'll see. End unit - doll pictured above - will be slightly smaller than the prototype works, but it will package the 90-degree hinge (not the first, of course), slide the focus, 3.5mm headphone jack and a few buttons for brightness, strength and volume.

By the way, the top of the concave bottom is actually a funky touch-based controller for brightness and volume: slide your finger toward the center to take things a notch, and slide out to crank them. As for audio, you'll have to put the base on a hard surface to allow the speaker vibration that does the job. Audio effects will obviously depend on the surface of the material, but apparently pocket projectors will also serve as a backup if all else fails sounding surface.

While the demo we use a wired connection, the end product - as suggested by its name - will utilize WiFi connection directly to the smartphone, although you will need to install the application Oregon Scientific to make the magic happen. Android does not should not be a problem, although we do wonder if Apple will actually approve said application because there is no love to play here.

There is still a long way to go to this neat little beamer - we were told to expect in the second half of 2012, which should give plenty of time to save for the estimated $ 640 price tag.

Handphone KDDI will be the WiMax Galaxy S II, is not your grandfather 4G Epic Touch

Can not keep track of all the different variants of the Samsung Galaxy S II? Tough, because here comes Sammy with others. KDDI Japan will soon have to call their own GSII, all models boast very impressive number of ISW11SC - or more precisely the Galaxy S II rocking WiMax. That's different from Epic Touch 4G Sprint, SPH-D710, which also sports radio, but not the higher resolution of 1280 x 720 4.7-inch screen. Rounding out the package is determined 1.4GHz dual core processor, behind the 8-megapixel shooter capable of 1080p video recording, front facing 2 megapixel cam, microSD and support for NFC - makes it pretty darn close to Korea and AT & T permutations. Sony Xperia Ion

In the hands of a powerful phone design with a well built handset. The screen is up to ordinary company standards such as those found on Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and the quality of the camera, if the on-screen results are anything to go by, is amazing. Unfortunately we were unable to send any pictures from our own camera (with terrible lighting on the show probably will not tell us much anyway).
Internal you'll find a respectable 1.5GHz dual core processor and 16GB of internal memory. This is an LTE phone, so they are on AT & T will enjoy lightening fast speed of data moving. Pocket-lint loading in the browser must be fast, even on a tight network of the LVCC.
It also PlayStation Certified, so you'll get access to the games that Sony is pushing out to expand its line-up of PlayStation devices are happy and you'll get the beauty of the DNLA and HDMI as well - something we have to test with the optional dock. There is also the NFC on the board.

Plug the phone into the dock and the dock into your TV and you'll be able to really start to enjoy those 1080p movies at 46 inches, let alone 4.6 inches.
Like the Sony Xperia S, the Xperia Ion surprisingly still runs Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread, however Sony has confirmed that it will be getting an Ice Cream Sandwich update in good time. It seems to be a trait amongst phone and tablet makers at the moment unless you are Samsung with the Galaxy Nexus.
While the UK have the Xperia S, this larger screen device will sit nicely into the AT&T portfolio being powerful enough and spec heavy enough to last certainly longer that previous Sony Ericsson handsets have managed in the past.
No word on whether a non-LTE version will be heading to the UK. We will keep you posted.

Users will be able to supply content via HDMI or USB, and in our demo video that perfectly reproduced quickly jump between different menu choices such as checking the details of the trip, the weather, what's on television, or even just use it as an expensive blind to block the light.
No word on price or where we will see this next, but the possibilities are endless thanks to our love of glass.

One possibility as we heard during our demo at CES is in submersibles instrumentation where you want to move out of the way of glass viewing area. That's really a niche, but imagine a car designer is able to remove dashboard of your car altogether, or Minority Report-style computer that only large sheets of glass rather than a large monitor that you have in your office today.
To demonstrate what is possible outside the window, Samsung also showcased the technology with a smaller monitor. The same display technology can be used to make smaller screens with higher resolution. In this example measured 22 inches and offers a higher resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels.
And if you worry that others will be able to see what you are doing from behind the scenes. Do not. Samsung says that the technology comes with a privacy screen that works like a mirror in one direction.
