Nokia Lumia 710 [windows phone 7] Release February in UK

More affordable Nokia Windows Phone 7 handsets, Lumia 710, will be released in the UK on February 1. The handset, which runs on Windows Phone 7.5, will ship in six different colors at launch and build the same features and styling with Lumia 800 and 900.

Unlike the slightly more premium Lumia 800, 710 using a 3.7-inch WVGA screen with amazing ClearBlack technology found on other Nokia handsets. In the 512MB RAM, 8GB storage and a single core 1.4GHz processor. Specification does not exactly fit with what we would consider the budget phone, the Nokia however is marketing as value for money model, which by internal people, it most definitely is.

A single rear facing 5 megapixel camera with LED flash sitting in the back. From the time we play with the handset, this phone is very fast for Windows Phone and forthright in accordance with Lumia 800 in terms of performance.

This may mean that when it comes to lifting Lumia 710, the decision between that and 800 is a very difficult one. The contract is likely to be cheaper with 710 yet.
